My Work
Click or tap the images below to view a showcase of my design, illustration, animation and interactive projects. I hope you see something that you like :)
Right: Many projects I’d love to share didn’t make the cut, but I’d love to share the breadth of work I’ve done if you care to have a peek.
You’re Invited!
Anthony at ROBLOX* is a ROBLOX experience designed to bring a little bit of context and flavor to the work I’ve shared, as well as the thinking and experiences that brought us together. If you’ve made it this far, I invite you to come just a little bit further.
* Requires a ROBLOX account, but I’m hoping you already have one. :)
About Your Kit
Below is a little behind-the-scenes look at the box you (hopefully!) received, and why it came to be.
If you didn’t receive a kit, please shoot me a message on LinkedIn and I’ll be happy to drop one in the mail ASAP.
Above: Notebooks were digitally printed and hand sewn. The French Paper 70# text stock used for the interior pages accepts ink beautifully while also minimizing bleed - a great little notebook!
Above: Screen printing white ink on black stock can be challenging, but the results look lovely.
This opportunity deserves more than the bare minimum
The conventional wisdom on platforms like LinkedIn is that job hunting is a numbers game. Like a poorly performing email campaign, the expected response rate hovers somewhere in the low single-digit percentage range, and it’s not uncommon to hear of job seekers sending hundreds of resumes out into the void, to hear nothing back for months. That’s discouraging - especially when you don’t want any job, but a particular one.
Above: Creating an experience in Roblox Studio was surprisingly simple thanks to the many tutorials created by the Roblox community and ChatGPT.
But what could I do?
Surely my resume was now in the hands of an automated applicant algorithm, designed to whittle the number of viable candidates down into a manageable pile for a busy hiring manager.
It might come to nothing, but I know I can do better. This opportunity is worth doing more than the bare minimum. Designers dream up ideas and create things, and I am a designer.
The hypothesis
What if I could create something unique, to raise my hand for consideration as a team member, and also demonstrate an understanding of mediums spanning old school (screen printing) to interactive (Roblox Studio), leveraging the very software that brought ROBLOX to my attention. Instead of putting in 1% effort 100 times, what if I gave 100% effort for one opportunity? Maybe I could make someone in San Mateo smile and consider that the person who made this kit warranted a closer look?
There are no guarantees
If you’re reading this, I am glad that what I’ve made has found it’s way into your hands, and grateful that you’ve taken the time to click around and read this far. What happens next? Who knows, but I will sleep better tonight knowing that I gave my best effort in the pursuit of something I’m passionate about.
Thank you,

“When I was looking for potential collaborators, Anthony was the first that came to mind. His visual note-taking illustration style initially caught my eye as did his problem solving skills. I don’t believe we would have achieved the results we did—winning design awards and being published in an international magazine—if I were to have partnered with anyone else. Anthony’s ability to come up with unique solutions as well as execute is rare, and I look forward to future collaborations with him.
